We are a fully bonded cleaning service. We carry insurance for our business. We also guarantee customer satisfaction. Was something not cleaned the way that you expected? Let us know, and we will do our best to put things right.

APPOINTMENTS

Can I Request A Specific Time For You To Arrive?

It depends on the current queue, distance between your home/office and our cleaning company.

Do I need to do anything before you arrive?

Just make sure that you don't need to enter in the workplace while we work.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

In order to prevent a last-minute cancellation, we send out reminder emails and text notifications prior to your service and require a 48-hour notice for cancellation - voicemail or email is acceptable and all messages are time stamped for accuracy. A $35 cancellation charge will apply if notice is not received before this deadline.

How Do I Pay For My Appointment?

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

We do not make refund after providing the service. We're trusted by hundreds of home owners and offices. We try our best in the cleaning. Though if you're not satisfied end of the day, we would suggest you to find another substitute.
